This has to be the finest Smoke Mozzarella I’ve ever had. The best part is, the whole time I’m eating it I thought it was imported from Italy, but it’s not! It’s imported from New Jersey. It doesn’t really matter though does it? This isn’t the first “best I’ve ever had” type thing, and I’m sure it wont be my last. And if there’s a cheese I’ve had to date, this is pretty damn close to the best.
